The recipe is the style, not the picture. Put your own subject in and the highlighted part of the prompt changes.

Prompt

A 1930s style cartoon mascot: a cheerful dog holding an oversized milkshake, drawn with thick uniform black outlines, bendy curved limbs with no elbows or knees, oversized white gloved hands, pie cut eyes and a wide grin. Flat limited colour, mustard yellow background, slight print misregistration and aged paper tone. Built to work as a sticker or a shop sign, no gradients or shading.

The prompt gets you close. Feed one of the examples in as a style reference for the rest. Download the images

Tips

1The technique is called rubber hose animation, but several models flag that phrase. Describe bendy curved limbs with no elbows instead and you get the same result.
2Pie cut eyes and thick uniform outlines are the other two era markers.
3Aged paper tone stops flat colour feeling like clip art.
