The recipe is the style, not the picture. Put your own subject in and the highlighted part of the prompt changes.

Prompt

A portrait posterised into flat bands of acid colour that follow the contours of the face like a thermal camera image. Each band a solid unmodulated colour with hard edges between them, running through lime green, magenta, orange and electric blue with no relation to natural skin tone. Features readable only through the banding, flat background in the same palette, no gradients anywhere.

The prompt gets you close. Feed one of the examples in as a style reference for the rest. Download the images

Tips

1Bands follow the contours of the face. Random colour blocks look like a filter.
2Every band solid and unmodulated. Any gradient breaks the effect.
3Ignore natural skin colour entirely.
