The recipe is the style, not the picture. Put your own subject in and the highlighted part of the prompt changes.

Prompt

A single naive cat drawn as a flat white shape on a saturated black ground, its body filled with short scratchy marks standing in for fur, surrounded by simple doodled flowers, suns and small boats. Confident childlike line, everything flat with no shading, palette limited to two or three colours plus the ground. Charming and hand drawn, no lettering.

The prompt gets you close. Feed one of the examples in as a style reference for the rest. Download the images
