The recipe is the style, not the picture. Put your own subject in and the highlighted part of the prompt changes.

Prompt

An illustration of roughly thirty small figures arranged loosely across a plain white page, each in a different summer outfit and a different walking or standing pose. Painted in a loose style with bold flat colour and simplified shapes, faces reduced to one or two marks, no ground line and no shadows. Colours repeat across the page in clusters so the arrangement holds together. Even spacing with room between the figures.
