1Blending two reference images gets here quickly but cannot be repeated by anyone else. This text prompt reaches the same place on its own.
2Square is the trap. Midjourney will happily return a whole set at 1:1, so vary --ar deliberately or the gallery sits in one shape.
3Add --no white, green, yellow if a fourth colour creeps in. Three tones is the entire style.

Overview

The look of a 1970s blacklight poster, where the whole image is carried by two glowing inks on a black ground and nothing else exists. Electric violet and hot coral pink are airbrushed into soft gradients that carry a fine spray grain, and every form is made where that glow stops and the black takes over, so there are no outlines anywhere. The subjects are dark romantic: a crowned skull in the grass, a knight resting on a heap of rubble, a dove climbing out of a burning tomb. Flames and smoke are hard edged and stylised rather than observed, small faceted chunks of debris float where physics would not allow it, and most of the frame is simply left black so the glow has somewhere to be rare.
